Once the quit claim was filed by the third party, everything wrapped up nicely. Please beware that once the contract is broken, you will have problems logging on to your owners web page. This does not stop the organization from billing you for the following year. All in all good folks to work with and it was a pleasant experience.

We were impressed with the detail of their service to cancel our timeshare so we signed up. They were very helpful in setting up our credit monitoring as they started the process. We really liked having a contact person through out the process and they were regularly calling or emailing us to keep us updated till the end we have a continuing contract that covers us should the time share try to take a future action. We are still going through the process. It is crucial you provide any documents or contact from the timeshare company to Tradebloc. However, they explain how and provide the portal tool that makes it relatively easy to do.
