Tradebloc did help us and it took around 7 months to complete. The process was pretty easy and Tradebloc was always available to answer questions. Also we were provided ways to follow the progress of our case. My advice is to be responsive in providing the requested information as quickly as possible so your case can progress. Also appreciated that our credit was protected during the process. So worth it!

My wife and I are glad that this nightmare is coming to an end. I must say though, Frida from Client Services and our Case Manager DJ have been exceptionally responsive and most courteous. In this day and age good customer service is hard to find, but they certainly have it.

We contracted with Tradebloc and they successfully completed the process after approximately 10 months. Overall, we are satisfied with the service we received. The representatives we worked with were very responsive to our questions and explained the process clearly
